Pōneke Rangatahi Digital Arts Program
Empowering Youth Through Digital Creativity, Culture & Innovation
Kia ora e te whānau,
We’re excited to open registrations for the Pōneke Rangatahi Digital Arts Programme — a FREE creative wānanga for Māori youth aged 15–18, brought to you by Tuatahi Creatives in partnership with Toi Pōneke and Massey University’s College of Creative Arts.
This kaupapa is all about building cultural confidence, creative skills, and future career pathways. Over six hands-on workshops, you’ll learn how to use tools like Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, meet working Māori artists and designers, and explore your own whakapapa, pūrākau, and personal identity through digital storytelling.
